Flexible Meeting Room Space

The flexible meeting and event space is located over 2 floors which feature high ceilings and are all flooded with natural daylight. The first floor encompasses 8 meeting suites with an additional 2 boardrooms, these suites offer the perfect setting for board meetings, corporate meetings, training interviews and conference breakout sessions. These suites come in a range of sizes with capacities ranging from 8 to 224 in various room layouts from theatre, boardroom, classroom to banquet.

Latest Technology

As they were only completed in November 2016 all meeting suites are equipped with the very latest technology. We provide state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, lighting and sound. All technology solutions are available to enhance your event. To ensure optimal comfort of guests, the rooms feature individual climate control and air conditioning. Natural daylight throughout gives each meeting suite an airy and spacious feel. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the meeting event centre for delegates and organisers to avail of. All rooms are equipped with LCD projector screens and flipcharts as a standard providing ideal ease for presentations or screenings. Additional audio-visual equipment, such as microphones, laptop and flat screens may be arranged upon request.

Expert Events Team

The events team is here to work with you, offering expert advice every step of the way. For banquets, to large gala dinners, we work with you to create bespoke menus designed to exceed your expectations using only the finest of fresh, seasonal and local produce. No detail is too small and we know how important it is to get every last detail right to ensure your meeting is a success.

Bespoke Menus

Our food and beverage facility offers bespoke delegate menu choices that may be freshly prepared at the dedicated kitchen located within the same area of the meeting and events space ensuring efficient and quick service.

Ground Floor Tivoli Suite

The ground floor Tivoli Suite is the largest meeting space and has been expertly designed to suit a variety of capacities. The suite may accommodate up to 1,000 guests for theatre style and 400 classroom style.

First Floor Harbour Suites

The first floor Harbour Suite 4 and 5 may combine to accommodate up to 224 guests theatre style and 135 classrooms style. Other smaller meeting suites throughout the Meetings Events Centre may accommodate smaller corporate meetings ranging from 4 delegates.
