Clayton Hotel Silver Springs’ fully refurbished new Meetings Event Centre launches in November 2016, with 12 state of the art dedicated meeting suites with seating capacities varying from 4 to 952 people theatre style.
The dedicated event space, offers an unrivalled range of meeting space, comfort and amenities to make your event perfect. Whether you are hosting a corporate board meeting for 8 delegates to a large conference for up to 952 delegates our meeting suites can accommodate a wide variety of layouts & events.
The flexible meeting and event space is located over 2 floors which feature high ceilings and are all flooded with natural daylight. The first floor space encompasses 8 meeting suites with an additional 2 boardrooms, these suites offer the perfect setting for board meetings, corporate meetings, training interviews and conference breakout sessions. These suites come in a range of various sizes with capacities ranging from 8 to 224 in various room layouts from theatre, boardroom, classroom and banquet.
All newly refurbished meeting suites are equipped with the very latest technology ranging from state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, to lighting and sound, all technology solutions have been thought of to enhance your event. To ensure optimal comfort of guests, the rooms feature individual climate control and air conditioning. Natural daylight throughout give each meeting suite an airy and spacious feel. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the meeting event centre for delegates and organisers to avail of.
The events team is here to work with you, offering expert advice every step of the way. For banquets, to large gala dinners we work with you to create bespoke menus designed to exceed your expectations using only the finest of fresh, seasonal and local produce. No detail is too small and we know how important it is to get every last detail right to ensure your meeting is a success.
The hotel’s food and beverage facility offers bespoke delegate menu choices that may be freshly prepared at the dedicated kitchen located within the same area of the meeting and events space ensuring efficient and quick service.
All rooms are equipped with LCD projector screens and flipcharts as a standard providing ideal ease for presentations or screenings. Additional audio visual equipment, such as microphones, laptop and flat screens may be arranged upon request. Complimentary high speed WiFi is available throughout the meeting suites.
The ground floor Regency Suite is the largest meeting space and has been expertly designed to suit a variety of capacities. The suite may accommodate up to 952 guests for theatre style and 400 classroom style.
The first floor Harbour Suite 1 and 2 may combine to accommodate up to 224 guests theatre style and 135 classrooms style.
Other smaller meeting suites throughout the Meetings Events Centre may accommodate smaller corporate meetings ranging from 4 delegates.
The Bandon Suite is discreetly located on the third floor of the main hotel and is ideal for a private boardroom meeting with room capacity for up to 10 people.
This meeting room would suit up to 5 delegates for a private meeting and is located on the ground floor of the main hotel just off the lobby.
